Garden

My garden, like last year, is getting out of control! I planted lettuce but the plants never came up. My bunnies are also eating my green beans so I don't think I'll have too many, if any, of those. However, I do have tons of cucumber, watermelon, and tomatoes! My jalepeno and green pepper plants are doing well also.

The tomato plant is over 5 feet tall (you can see if the pic below, the fence is 6ft). The cucumber and watermelon plants are vining everywhere! I had everything planted in nice little rows, but as you can see below, it's not so neat and clean anymore.

We'll give alot of the veggies away and might donate some to the food pantry but I'd love to learn how to can salsa, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, pickles, etc! If anyone has some great recipes please feel free to share them!
