DIY Project

I've been drooling over these super cute pins that are out now, the flower pins that can dress up a plain tee or cardigan. My little sister and I were at Walmart a few weeks ago and I picked up a $1 bouquet of flowers and decided to attempt to make a pin! I took apart two of the flowers and sewed the petals back together, making the flower look a little bigger. With one set of flowers I sewed it onto a hair tie to make a cute pony tail holder and sewed another one on a pin! Here's pics of the pin. I'm gonna do some more with different flowers. I also want to try adding some embellishments into the center to dress them up a bit! There's also a link below of how to sew the flower and Jill added them to a headbead! So cute!!
