We decided to start a new tradition where we cut down our own Christmas Tree! We went to Kidman's Tree Farm and it was a great experience. G and I both had colds so we didn't stay long, although it was a gorgeous day!
When we got there we went tree 'hunting'. There was a ton to chose from but it didn't take long until Jeff pointed to the perfect tree! He cut it down with his saw and then the workers can to pick it up and bag it/tie it to our suv. While we waited for our tree to get done we petted the dog, Callie, petted the horses that pulled a wagon, visited Santa and spent some time in their little shop where we had free hot chocolate and picked out an ornament for G. Overall it was a great time and surprisingly cheaper than I thought! We'll definitely be making this a tradition!
We had Gianna's picture taken with Santa. She's soo cute! Although she looks a bit cross-eyed in the picture! lol Santa just made her a bit too excited! She did great sitting on his lap, she just stared at him and smiled at us!
