Let's see-Monday I was rear-ended by an 'elderly' lady. I was just sitting at a stop light and BAM! my car takes a leap forward. I got out to check out my car...all was fine. The lady didn't even get out of her car, just said. "Are you ok? Can we just forget this happened". I just can't be mean so I said not to worry about it and went on my way. I decided to call my OB just to let him know what happened-I figured that I was seeing him on Thursday and he'd just want me to make sure I wasn't bleeding or anything. Well-wrong-o! Next thing I know Jeff and I are on our way to L&D (for the 2nd time this month) to be checked out. G was good...hb was good. We even got an ultrasound!! She's getting sooo big...her feet are huge! lol. I just remember 2 weeks ago she had such tiny feet ;-) We got some pictures-in the one below she's puckering up her lips! Well-atleast I hope so, otherwise we've gotta little girl with some laaaaaarge lips! hahaha
Hmm..what else? I had my bimonthly appointment with Dr.M. G was kicking him like crazy while he measured my belly and took her HB. And I then he told me I'm measuring FOUR weeks ahead (well my uterus is). I about fell off the table!! WHAT?! He said that she could just be in a weird position (like all up front) rather then spread out like usual-which would make his measurement way off. He also said my weight gain is fine-up 14lbs now and that everything looks great. We have a growth ultrasound in 2 weeks which will be a better judgement of her weight. So basically they were all worried we were going to have a 5lb baby and now we maybe having a 10lb baby! ha
That's about all the updates for now. As you read from my post below I started my own little store. I haven't gotten alot of orders-well last week I had 5 but those were friends so that doesn't count! I'm hoping to get a better system down. Right now I feel like all I do is eat, sleep and sew! I feel like I need some baby time! We also started Birthing classes which are rather entertaining! Jeff and I just giggle the whole time but he's been a great coach :-) He even wore the empathy belly last night!!
G has also increased in her activity-some days are still quite but I love the days that she doesn't stop moving. Last night Jeff said she kicked him allll night long :-) I was cuddled up to him, with his back towards me. She wakes me up sometimes from the kicks but I don't mind! She's even kicked the cats a few times when they were laying on my stomach/lap. We need to try to get a video soon so you guys can see how crazy she is!!
And lastly my best friend from HS is throwing me a shower and I just got my invite.....how adorable!!!!! I can't know anything about the shower-except the date and time so I'm so excited to see how it turns out! It's going to be amazing!! Aren't the invites awesome?!!?
Oh....and Jeff holding my friends 1 week old daughter! Kayla Morgan is such a doll-and soooo incredibly tiny!
