Gianna's Summer Must-Haves!
1.) Step-2 Push Around Buggy. I purchased one of these off craigslist for $15 a few weeks ago and Gianna loves it! She doesn't like her stroller that much but loves to go on walks 'driving' her car. I even let her drive her car down our driveway-and I catch her at the end. She thinks it's about the coolest thing ever. During walks you can hear here excited squeals from a mile away. Hands down, best toy we've bought for her!
2.) River Rock. Yup, that's right. Go to Menards (or Home Depot) and purchase a bag of river rock for under $3...then have FUN! This is Gianna's favorite outdoor toy. We fill buckets with them, we through the rocks in buckets of water, we inspect them, we dig through them...ok, you get the idea. I don't know why she loves rocks so much but she does. Some of you probably wonder what made us buy her rocks... well it all started when she would always play with our pebbles in the landscaping. This was all fine and dandy until she started putting them in her mouth. She would spit them out on demand but it still worried me that she would swallow one, so I bought a bag of river rock which are much to big to swallow!
