I've been talking about losing weight forever now. It actually annoys me how much I think about it and pretend I'm going to do it, but I have terrible motivation to lose weight. However-the time has come. Starting next Monday; Jeff and I will be doing a strict carb-free diet for 21 days. It's supposed to curb our cravings and help us 'kick start' our (ok MY) weight loss. After the 21 days I'll slowly add good-carbs back and watch my portion control.
Be ready for lots of posting on healthy recipes, whining and crying because I miss good food...and hopefully excitement when I start to lose :-) Feel free to ignore my posts OR cheer me on and leave some lovely comments!
