Gianna's Christmas List

This year we said we wouldn't go crazy with Christmas presents for Gianna...but really how can you not spoil your first little one on Christmas?! However, I did do some awesome bargain shopping! Plus, I did a little research and bought mostly toys that would grow with her, so she would be playing with them for the next year or more.

This is what G is getting from us this year (with retail price vs what I paid):

Laugh & Learn House Retail Value: $99.99 Paid: $20
(I saw this and thought it was SO cute, but didn't want to pay full price. So I found a 'like new' one on craigslist for much cheaper.)

Laugh & Learn Kitchen
Retail Value: $39.99 Paid: $29.99

Melissa & Doug Alphabet Blocks Retail Value: $29.99 Paid: $5.00
(I bought these on GiltGroupe, they were $25 and I had a $20 credit for joining!)

Laugh & Learn Musical Table Retail Value: $39.99 Paid: $19.99

Tickle Me Elmo Retail Value: $17.99 Paid: $35.99

Elmo DVD Paid: FREE

Total: $245.95 Paid: $92.97 Saved: $153.00

Then we got her a Carter's sleeper for Christmas Eve, Hallmark "Baby's First Christmas" Keepsake ornament, Nuby sippy cubs, bibs, and a Elmo book (dollar bin at Target!). Yes, we went way overboard....but hey-we got good deals!!

it's hard not to go a little crazy on your kids at Christmas! Just wait until she's older and you get to do the excitement of Santa, then it becomes so important for you to make sure it's everything she dreams of! :)

We decided last year (Emma's 1st Christmas-yet only 7weeks old) that we would only do 3 gifts (symbolic of the wisemen) and a stocking. Also no santa. However this year (Emma is now 1, and soo fun!) we are having a hard time sticking to our own rule. We got her a cozy coupe (brand new in box on CL for $20) and almost brand new Laugh and learn farm on CL for $30. I have sooo many other things I want to buy her but because I only have one more gift I'm struggling because I want it to be good and not just clothes lol. Sounds like Gianna is going to have a great Christmas, I hope she loves her gifts!
