o I cannot believe our baby is 7 months old!! Where the heck did the time go? She is SO fun though and I have to say this stage is way better than the newborn stage :-) Here's a few pictures and fun facts about Gia:

Ohhh the faces she makes!
* Gianna is now crawling everywhere. She still army crawls but she is FAST! Within 5 minutes she got into the cat food, found Jeff's shoe and tried to eat the sole, tried to eat an electrical cord, and tried to pull the vent out of the wall. OOhhhh boy-we have our hands full!
* She only likes to feed herself so we give her steamed veggies, fruits, toast, grilled cheese, and crackers. I try to sneak in some bites of baby food when I can.
*She shakes her head "no" alot. We still haven't figured out if she knows what she's doing but alot of the time it seems like it!
*She sleeps 7:00/7:30pm to 5/6am and then comes to bed and snuggles with me until 8 or 9am. I'm a lucky momma who gets lots of sleep! Knock on wood
*Naps are pretty easy now, although still short. She lays down after 2 hrs of awake time, 3 hrs of awake time, 2 hrs of awake time and then bedtime. We just lay her in her bed and she falls asleep on her own. knock on wood again!
*She loves to stand and will walk to you if you hold her hands. She just started to learn to put one foot in front of the other to get around!
*She does well with strangers holding her now. I thank the Y Childwatch for that!
*She LOVES Jeff and I. I know this is a given but I just love the fact that she crawls over to me or him and crawls up into our lap sometimes. It's just too cute. She also lunges toward us if someone else is holding her. ADORABLE. She also loves my dad alot, which I think is so cute.
*Gianna has also realized that the little object above her crib with a green light is a camera :-) When it's time to get up or she doesn't want to go to bed she turns over and looks up at the camera. It's hilarious and oh so cute!
Ok...that's more than a few tidbits and I know there are somethings I'm missing but that's all (for now!). Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
