Girls Night Out!

My little sister, Hannah, and I are having a girls night out. In 58 minutes I get off work and heading to A-town to pick her up. We're going out to a Wildlife Refuge to drive around and check out the buffalo and elk! Kinda dorky, but fun and something different! It'll be a nice little road trip, since it takes about an hour to get there. After that is dinner and the rodeo!! Yup, we're going to watch my older sister's husband, EJ, ride some broncos! Yee Haw!! Saturday morning is the farmer's market. We're taking little Avery man, since Hannah loves him, and to give mamma some alone time. Oh, did I forget to mention Avery is going to be a big brother?!?! That's right!!! Feb baby here we come!! I can't wait to see the little munkin-hopefully at an u/s very soon :-) Being her bestie means I get to live vicariously through her until I get pregnant. I'm pretty excited. The night we found out we went on a walk through the cemetary picking out names, kinda creapy huh? I'm very happy for her! Of course, incredibly, completely jealous, but very happy!!

Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, we're going to the Farmer's Market in the morning with Avery and then heading to 'the farm' as Shawna calls it. It's really my parents acreage with a horse barn. My parents raise miniature horses, so we thought Avery would enjoy an afternoon of dogs, cats or horsies! Then I have a 'nestie' get together!

I'm hoping sometime over the weekend I can get the playroom painted and the flooring finished in the bathroom. I painted the family room Cappacino White. I don't love the color, its basically ivory. There was a picture of the color painted in a dining room in one of the books at HD, however it's nothing like the actual color. Very frusterating, but whatever. It's atleast bright so it doesn't make our basement look any darker. I'll update pics soon.

Off to work for the next 50 minutes...then weekend!! YAH!!!
