Refinancing

We're refinancing to 5%!!! Yah! I'm super stoked. Our mortgage broker called us a couple days ago and asked if we were interested! Our closing costs will be $1,500 but we won't have a June payment so it's basically free! Plus, we're saving $110 a month! Yahoo! I hope this isn't too good to be true but Nathan, (broker) said everything is set up and we'll close on the 22nd of May. Plus, he said nothing was set in stone until the 28th of May so if we're not happy about anything we could stop. I was worried he'd pull out hidden charges or something-but he swears not! Yah for saving money!
