So I lied...

I'm blogging again...and no, I'm not in labor and I haven't had my baby. (Seriously a huge pet peeve of mine...people texting or calling to ask if I'm in labor or had a baby. Really?! If I had my baby-you would know! Patience people! )

Just bored and can't sleep so I thought I'd blog!

I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit bummed baby girl isn't here yet. Did you know that if she was born before November 22nd her birthday would never fall on Thanksgiving? Well, that was my goal. A goal that I never met. Boo.

Not that I didn't try...yesterday G and I spent the evening at my friend Nicole's house dancing our pants off with Dance Dance Revolution. I'm thought for sure after that this little girl would just fall out but no luck. Sigh  

Jeff would love for her to be born tomorrow because his lucky number is 22, really I'm just up for any day at this point! Especially because I have about every sign of labor in the book except for regular contractions...which I guess is a pretty big deal when you go into labor. Damn it. If only my body would just kick some good contractions into gear and we'd be good to go! At my appointment yesterday I was 4cm dilated and 70% effaced...so come on baby!! I'm more than ready!

But apparently God (and baby) have other plans. Looks like I have to work on this little thing called patience that I am no good at. Boo again.

We're trying to keep ourselves (or at least me) busy! Last weekend we spent Saturday morning at Chuck E Cheese and Tuesday we enjoyed this beautiful weather at the zoo! We even put up all our Christmas decorations and plan to go pick out our Christmas tree this weekend. Anything to keep my mind off that fact that I'm still pregnant...(I swear, I'm usually not this cranky and whiny! These last few weeks are just dragging for me!)

G keeps saying she's going to born on Friday. She also told me today she'd weigh 6lbs...and then awhile later she said she'd weigh 80lbs. (Whoa! I hope not!). G claims she may have no hair or dark hair, she's not so sure right now. Baby sister has gotten quite a few extra kisses the last few days though, which I always adore!
