Trimming the Tree

First, I have to ask..who goes Black Friday shopping?

::raises hand!::

Heck yes, I DO! I wouldn't miss it for the world! Each year all the ladies 

in my family go together...we make one of the husbands drive us around, drop 

us off, pick us up while we weave through insane lines, and people!, to grab

a good bargain. This year I only had a few things on my list, but as usual, I

found a few other deals I couldn't live without. 

Of the great deals I scored was a 32" TV for $200!

Jeff is incredibly excited to have a big TV in our room. I'm just excited

to be able to read the TVguide without my glasses on! Ha!

This year we started at 8:30pm and I got home around 6:30am. 

Soon after that I crawled into bed and slept until 9am. 

Then around 10, I took a 3hr nap with G. All thanks to an 

awesome hubby! (Probably just happy I got him a tv! haha)

The Sunday after Thanksgiving we went on our 2nd annual trip

to the tree farm! It was cold this year, but there was no snow

so I guess I can't really complain too much. We found and chopped down a 

beautiful tree, rode a hayride pulled by Belgum horses and let Gianna

pick out an ornament from their little shop. 

It was a fun day! What's even better is that Gianna isn't even interested in our tree!

Or hers! (She has a little fake one in her room). I did tell her if she touched it, 

she would get an owie. She's given it a few kisses and hugs, but otherwise

she could care less.  I have to say, I'm quite suprised.

Now let's hope I didn't jinx it!

Jeff being a tough guy. Really though, he complained that they
didn't pull it behind a 4-wheeler this year for ya. What a wimp ;-)
