Big Girl Car Seat!

I thought I may as well update my blog a bit while Gianna is alseep on me. She didn't sleep well last night (after we were spoiled with quite a few nights of her sleeping through the night again) and hasn't napped well today so I decided to hold her for the afternoon nap, that always makes her sleep for a good hour or two:-)

Gianna is becoming quite the rolly polly and enjoys sleeping on her side and stomach now, which of course freaks me out but I guess if she's happy, I'm happy. She will sometimes roll around so much in her crib that she ends up on the other side and then her movement monitor goes off because it doesn't detect movement, which of course freaks me out! I suppose that means it works though...so that's good, right?

As some of you know Gianna hates her car seat. I'm not talking she cries a little, she screams whereever we go! I feel like such a 'bad mom' but the second I stop and get her out she's happy as can be. Then this week Target had the Britax carseat on sale for $60 off so of course I sent Jeff to pick one up right away! She's done really well in the car seat now! She still cries a little bit if she's tired or we are out for a long time, but most of the time she's happy to play with her links or Sophie the Giraffe.
