i hate my new mortgage company!!!
I need to vent....so for some reason GMAC needed to sell a few mortgage accounts to Midland, so guess who the lucky ones were? US! I HATE THEM!! I call today, can I pay over the phone, YES, for a $20 freakin dollar charge, how bout wire? Of course, $8 dollar charge!! Automatic withdraw comes out on the 1st of every month. Oh, sweet. What happens when my husband gets paid the 5th and we don't have it all in there the 1st? What happens when my check gets lost in the mail and I get a $50 dollar late fee plus my amazing credit rate lowers. AHH!!! Oh, I could refinance and go back to GMAC but why the heckle would I want to do that?!?! I have a great rate and can make my payments, plus we got this mortgage 13 months ago!!!!!!! Can I just say, "I HATE THIS ECONOMY." Hm...pouting over. Going up to 3rd floor to take the little debbie shawna offered me, she knows what makes a girl happy.

Doesn't it stink. We use to have our mortgage sold all the time. This time (knock on wood)our mortgage was sold right after we refinanced and we have been with them for 2 years (which is the longest we have been with anyone). I know I think it should be illegal since you weren't the one saying you wanted to work with this company but it doesn't work that way. Good luck!
By the way I forgot to charge you a processing fee of 25 cents for opening my File cabinet for the snack cake. As well as 20 cents for the offer of sharing my afternoon snack cake and 5 dollars for Debbie her self.
