Cora's 3 months old

*she just started giggling!!! I love to here her sweet little laugh

*she still hates tummy time, but is doing better at longer stretches.

*she is always doing a mini sit up when she's laying down because she prefers to. 'Sit'. Meaning I hold her waist so she can sit up.

* I still worry about her head control, she's still a bit wobbly after holding her head up a while.

* I wish I could say she's sleeping through the night, but she's not :) that's ok though! She's usually up between 1-3am to nurse and then she gets up at 5 just to snuggle in bed with me :). I always just lay down and nurse her in the middle of the night (side lying nursing, as they call it) and have gotten in the bad habit of falling asleep while she nurses so she's usually in bed with me for a few hours in the middle of the night. Oops! Oh well, I get more sleep that way! ;)

*i weighed her the day she turned 3 months...15lbs 1.1oz butt naked!

*For the most part, she's a pretty chill baby! If I'm not playing with her she'll chill in her high chair, bouncer or lay on the floor. She LOVES when I (or G!) read books to her. If she's fussy, I will pull out a book and she just sits and listens forever.

*G loves, loves, loves her sister. If she's crying you can usually find G walking around the house with her ears plugged, lol! But otherwise she'll sit on the floor and read her books, show her toys, whatever. She has been a little less careful with her lately. The other day she accidentally hit Cora with a toy. C cried and had a red mark on her face. I had G say sorry and give C a kiss and hug. Gianna saw the red mark and felt so bad! Broke my heart for both of them!

*cora has started trying to put her paci back in when if falls out and will kind of hold her bottle (she gets a bottle every morning after I pump to build my freezer stash).

*she still cat naps throughout the day but I'm working on getting her on a schedule. And she sleeps in her crib now for 90% of her naps. Now if we could just break the swaddle!

*a few weeks ago I noticed her first tooth is coming in! It's still not through yet, but every day it becomes more obvious! She's actually doing pretty well with teething. We've had a few rough days and had to do Tylenol twice, but otherwise she's doing good! She does wear an Amber necklace so maybe that's part of her handling it so well!
