Gianna is 18 months...

Holy Shit. 

My baby is growing up. She's a toddler. How did this happen?!

Good news; she's way easier than she was as a baby.

And lots more fun. I guess I'm ok with her growing up...a little. 

So what's new with G? Too many things!! But here's a few fun

things she loves lately...

**Tutus. She is going through a tutu/skirt phase, but I'm ok with that!

Everyday I ask her what she wants to wear and she says "TUTU!"

She also loves to dance in her tutu. A favorite saying of hers is,

"I dance. A tutu." <3 her!

Guess that means I should be making her a few more skirts to wear!

She also LOVES lip gloss!

*She went through a hat obsession! She would always put

her hats on and then go look in the mirror. Pretty cute! Especially

when she put them on sideways ;-)

**Her favorite letter is H. If you ask her what letter that is (and point

to any letter), she replies with "H".

**Her favorite color is pink, and every color to her, is pink. 

**She loves to sing songs. Old McDonald, Ring Around the Rosy,

Wheels on the Bus, and This Little Light of Mine are just a few of her favorites!

**She talks all the time at home. She's a little shy in new places though,

but warms up quickly. Then her true wild, talkative self comes out!

I honestly don't know how she picks up on all the words!

The other day she saw glitter and said, sparkle! How did

she know that?! Genuis, I tell ya ;-) haha

G always says "BRIGHT!" When the sun, lamps,
or flash is bright!

**She's getting her 'eye' teeth so she's a drooling mess! And loves

to chew on her fingers.

**Everything is "I". She says "I cook!" or "I color!"

*She's said I love you, to me twice now!! That was the best.day.ever.
when she said I love you for the first time!

**She sleeps in our bed. Now stop right there! Don't judge us.

We love her in our bed. She goes to bed in her own bed (so Jeff and I get our

time together) and then around 11 she comes into our bed.

We love it. We love the snuggles. We love when she wakes up in the morning

and says, Hi Momma! Hi Dadda! 

*She went through a cute little phase a few weeks ago. She'd wake up 

in the middle of the night and ask for cheese. I'd say, "What? You want

cheese?!" Gianna would respond with "And cwackers. Cheese and Cwackers."

Lol! Looking bad, it was adorable, but at the time I didn't think so! I think 

once she realized we didn't do 'midnight snacks' she quit asking ;-)

*She is interested in the potty, but that's about it. She'll sit on the potty

and say "I peed." or "I Poop". And then run off and pee on the rug!

I don't think she's (or I!) am quite ready for potty training yet. 

*She's still an Elmo lover, but really loves Mickey Mouse now too!
