Holy shit..my kid is almost a year and half old!!!

Seriously, SEVENTEEN months?! How does time go so quick?!

Not too much new with Gianna, I feel like I just posted about her!

She is definitely hitting the word explosion phase. She can basically say any

(simpler) word we tell her. She knows how to use her words and can tell

us what she wants (lunch, hat, shoes, etc) or where her owie is (hands, 

foot, thumb, etc). 

Now, don't start thinking that our lives just got easier. 

Gianna can also throw a pretty damn good temper tantrum. I ask

here to use her words but usually she has no reason why she's 

freaking out. Today she threw herself on the floor screaming, crying, kicking

for a good 15minutes. Oh, boy-that was fun times!

She also tells us about her peeing and pooping. And will lay down on the floor

when she needs a diaper change. Maybe this is a phase, maybe this means

she wants to be like her 'big kid' friends that come play everyday. Guess

time will only tell ;-)

As long as she gets out of the house almost daily, she's happy. 

Mondays we do music class, Wednesday is story time and Friday is

playgroup. That helps her keep busy. She just likes to get out of the 

house and be able to run/explore something new! 

Oh and she loves to eat dirt..in hand fulls. We'll see what her

pedi says about that next month at her check up! It kind of worries me....

We took her to the pumpkin patch today and she had a freakin blast!
