Tomorrow...

Gianna turns 16 months old! Holy cow, mini meltdown by mama. I'm not ready for my baby to be 16 months! I may be getting the baby itch again....not that another IVF cycle is in our future anytime soon! Gianna has been quite the sass the last few days. I think in the last few days we've had our fair share of meltdowns. The terrible twos are hitting us early I guess ;-). 

What's new with G? Let's see....she can sing the ABC's! Alright, now really. But she does since 'A, B, C'. Yup, the first three letters. She loves to watch Elmo and Livia(?) on youtube singing the ABC's. She also likes singing EIEIO, the EIEIO part being her favorite of course.

She's running like crazy! We took a little walk on the High Trestle Bridge (if you live near Central Iowa, go check it out!). She ran the first 1/4 mile and fell 3 times....and she has the skinned up knees to prove it!

Her talking has slowed down. She still talks alot but hasn't learned any new words lately. She does say Milly, Jack and Molly though! (Milly and Jack are kids I babysit, Molly is friend of 20+yrs and comes over to see G often!)

She also loves the touch & feel books, but she really loves to hold your finger and guide it over the bumpy, rough or soft surfaces :-)

Hmm...that's all the new stuff I can think of for now. Gotta head off to a dance meeting to kick off the new dance year!!! Can't wait to see my new students and new preschools tomorrow!
