Back to Jeff and I...Jeff is an Agent for New York Life and when his team meets their quarterly goals they do a little night out somewhere out of state. (Fun fact: They actually did more in production last quarter than they did last year combined! Way to go!!!) This quarter they decided to take a little trip to Minneapolis. Significant others are always welcome so I got gutsy and decided to go, I'm so glad I did.
We stayed at a hotel downtown called Graves, it was a very nice hotel. During the day we walked around downtown a bit and I stopped in a sweet little candy shop-oh boy, I was in heaven! I purchased some goodies to take home but instead decided to have a little 'me' time before going out. Jeff went to hang with the guys while I ate my amazing treats from the candy shop and read a book....ahhhh bliss!
We started the night off in the VIP section at Seven with bottle service, then headed to Bootleggers for some dancing (which was the best part of the whole night!) We had a blast and enjoyed every minute! Plus, it was all paid for so I really can't complain :-)
I was a little nervous leaving G overnight but we'll definitely be doing it again. It was so nice to relax and enjoy each other, and feel like young adults again!
